We’ll be tasting a lot of wine over the next eight weeks, so rather than taste by region only, we decided to taste by themes which will always include the subregion, terroir, winemakers and winemaking style, and accompanying foods. Because, at the end of the day it’s all about drinking together, enjoying each other’s company and learning about a part of the world through each bottle.
